Challenge yourself to complete a full ironman this winter. To finish the challenge, you will need to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles and run 26.2 miles within the 28 days of February!
If those distances seem intimidating, here is a suggestion on how to break it up:
Swim: 6 times at 14 laps (85 laps or 169 lengths. 1 length = 25 yards)
Bike: 12 times at 9.5 miles
Run: 8 times at 3.3 miles
This is a great opportunity to get out of a traditional routine and try something new. Registration details will be at Member Services.
This is a great way to stay active during the winter and to meet other members. Over 400 members participated in this challenge last year!

January 25 - February 7: $15 ($4 without the shirt)
