TRIATHLON SWIM CLINICS

Information: Our triathlon swim clinic is designed to help you reach your goals, whether you are an experienced or aspiring triathlete. The goal of this clinic is to refine swimming skills through swim stroke development and building endurance to improve your triathlon experience.

YMCA swim coaches are on the pool deck during the program guiding participants through swimming drills and workouts while offering helpful suggestions. Start training for your triathlon with the Y's triathlon swim clinic.

Please contact Brenda Maxwell if you have any questions regarding the swim clinics.

MASTERS SWIMMING

The workouts will be flexible enough to allow new swimmers (who can at least make the length of the pool) to those who are looking to compete in meets. Masters swimming is a great training tool for tri-athletes looking to take their swimming portion to new heights, or for open water swimmers that are looking for training during the winter months
