Intro to Teen Strength Training Class introduces teens to Wellness Center and principles of strength training. Participants learn to use Cybex circuit, as free weights, stability/medicine balls and cardio equipment. Instructors teach proper form and technique, lead discussions on various health and fitness topics and provide a safe and fun experience. All participants must be12 years old and will be allowed in the Wellness Center on their own upon completion of program. Must attend all class sessions
Teen Strength Club A club for kids ranging from ages 12-17 that meets 3 times a week for fun and weight training. Staff will be available to coach and guide workouts. Teens will have accountability from the staff and other club members to help them meet their wellness goals. Prerequisites: Ages 12-14. Must taken have Teen Strength Training.
