Did you know that the YMCA is the largest childcare provider in the area?

Day Camp is a state licensed day camp program for ages 7-12 that offers fun-filled weeks, while emphasizing the outdoors. Children will spend their days away from the YMCA at various local parks, swimming pools, fishing holes, or on field trips. Weekly activities include arts and crafts, hiking, singing, and even possible overnight camp outs.

• Base location mainly used for drop off and pick up
• YMCA-La Crosse is base location
• Will utilize area rivers for canoeing, fishing, and swimming at guarded beaches
• Certified lifeguard with group at all times
• Snacks provided, bring your own lunch

Through all these activities, the staff will incorporate the four core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. We offer a quality program with staff serving as positive role models for children.

Groups are divided by age.

Register for all weeks of the summer or only a couple weeks depending on the interest and needs of the families. Registration takes place in April. Print Summer School-Age & Day Camp brochure.
