The mission of the La Crosse Area Family YMCA Miracle League is to provide and sustain baseball programs for children and youth with disabilities.

Our focus is to assist all players in their development of social skills, physical activity, and self-confidence. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to enjoy baseball, the great American pastime, and be as independent as possible.

The La Crosse Area Family YMCA-North Branch is the home of the La Crosse Area Miracle League and the site of the areas first baseball field designed specifically for children with disabilities. The Miracle League Field is a custom designed field with cushioned synthetic turf that eliminates injuries and barriers for wheelchair or walker users. The field is located directly west of the La Crosse Area Family YMCA-North Branch, next to the City of Onalaska - Public Works Maintenance Facility on Mason Street in Onalaska, WI.

In the La Crosse and surrounding communities, over 2,000 children between the ages of 4-18 with special needs are seeking opportunities to allow them to become more active and involved in the community. The Miracle League Field will provide some of those opportunities.
