AquaticsAdults looking to challenge themselves without stress on their joints or members who just enjoy the water can take advantage of our different water exercise classes. Instructors lead small groups through water aerobics, core strengthening and much more. Gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance from the aeorobic choreography and the resistance of the water. Ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included. Programs are free to facility members, unless otherwise noted.

Water Exercise
Activate your Aqua urge for variety! This class offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance using the water as resistance. No swim ability required. Any last minute changes will be posted to this website. Deep Water Jogging (2)
This class utilizes our Water Jogging belts for a deep water exercise experience located in the deep end of the pool! This class is a great cardiovascular workout that focuses on interval training. Triathlon Swim Classes
18+ YEARS OLD Class will consist of swimming drills and workouts. Coaches will be available on the pool deck to offer tips and suggestions.
