Yoga (Mat-Based)

Yoga classes are a “drop-in class” so registration is not required. The Yoga classes listed below are FREE with membership. Adults 14+ years old are welcome!
Our mat-based Yoga classes at the Y include Yoga Flow, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Yogalates. These classes focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. It is encouraged to bring your own mat, but not required (we have some you can borrow for class!).
  • Yoga Flow focuses on uniting the body and the breath through a flowing, strength-building Yoga practice. Special attention to proper alignment and optimal breathing will be explored, resulting in a calming, yet energizing experience.
  • Power Yoga will provide a challenging cardio and strength building workout that will connect breath to vigorous and mindful movements.
  • Yoga Sculpt is a low-impact class that focuses on core, strength, and cardio to help boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass while moving to upbeat music.
  • Yogalates is a class that incorporates Yoga poses and Pilates exercises.
**Speciality Yoga classes are offered at the Y. These classes include Family Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. These classes require registration – for more information on these visit the PROGRAMS page.
