Our Chair-Based classes at the Y include Chair Circuit and Chair Yoga. Chair support is offered at both of these classes to safely perform a variety of seated and standing movements.
  • Chair Circuit: This low-impact class incorporates cardio and strength training to provide a total body workout.
  • Chair Yoga: This slow-paced class moves through a series of seated and standing yoga poses and stretches focused on increasing flexibility, balance and range of movement.
