What categories are available to register for?


Individual Racer- Solo Boat

Participant paddles a solo canoe or kayak. Participant completes all three legs (paddle, bike, run) to accrue a total individual time.

Individual Racer- Tandem Boat

Participant paddles with another individual racer or non-racing person in a canoe or double kayak. Participant must supply own paddling partner. Participant completes all three legs (paddle, bike, run) and accrues an individual time.

Team Relay Option

2 racers paddle together in a canoe or double kayak, one racer bikes, and one racer runs. Teams accrue one total time. Teams can consist of 2-4 people.


Participant completes all 3 legs (Run, Bike, Run) and accrues total time.

What are the distances?


Will the Canoe and Du pair me with a paddling partner? 
No! Participants must supply their own paddling partner. The paddling partner can be another individual person or a non-racing person

Will the Canoe and Du have Canoes/Kayaks Available to rent?
Yes! We will have a limited number of canoes and kayaks avaialable to rent for a $20 additional fee

If my paddling partner and myself need to rent a canoe, do we each pay for the canoe fee?
No! If two Individual racers are paddling together, one should select "No" and one should select "Yes" to the rental question during registration to avoid double canoe payment.

Can I enter with a double kayak?
Yes! Racers with double kayaks can compete against individuals and relay teams.

When will I get race day instructions?
A confirmation letter and race day instructions will be emailed to you about a week prior to the event. Please enter an accurate email when registering to ensure you receive the race information.
