Packet Pick-Up is available during the following times:


Thusday: (6/22) 11am-1pm at YMCA-La Crosse


Saturday: (6/24) 2-6pm at Swarthout Park, West Salem, WI


Sunday: (6/25) 6:15am-7:50 am at Swarthout Park, West Salem

*You can have someone else pick up your packet, though they will be required to sign off when they do so.


When is minimum water temperature in order to host the swim portion of the triathlon?

If the water temperature is below 60 degrees the swim portion of the Triathlon will be removed, turning the event into a Duathlon. If the water temp is above 60 degrees we will continue as planned but will strongly recommend the use of a wetsuit (call River Trail Cycles at 608-519-5757 to rent one).


Is their an age limit for the triathlon?

For safety of all participants we ask that all individuals completing the race on their own be 15 years or older. There is a minimum age of 12 for participants competing in the swim or run portion of the relay. Participants in the bike leg of the relay must be 15 years or older. 


When is the award ceremony? 

The Sprint award ceremony will begin at approximately 10:00 near the registration area.


Where can I park? How do spectators and participants get to Swarthout Park?

Parking is available at the West Salem High School on 405 E Hamlin Dr. Please click here for the Google Maps address. Shuttle buses will be running every 15 minutes from the parking lot to Swarthout Park.


Participants: Please ride your bicycle (with your helmet on) to Swarthout Park. You can put your gear bar on the shuttle bus.

Spectators: Please ride the shuttle bus to Swarthout Park. The bus will be making trips every 15 minutes.


Will there be food after the race?

Yes there will a post race meal after the race (to be determined) There will also be bananas, cookies, bagels, and chocolate milk for all athletes after the race.
