After you complete your weekly core session 1-16 you will transition into meeting bi-weekly then monthly for sessions 17-25. 

The monthly classes are intended to extend and build upon the topics and materials from the 16 core sessions, and provide an opportunity for participants to continue to engage in the program.


The time between each monthly meeting is an opportunity for participants to practice ways to build accountability into their own lives and determine what will be the best method for them to continue to achieve and maintain a significant behavior change in their lifestyle.


If you want the extra support after your 12 month period of the program finishes, you’re welcome to keep coming to the maintenance sessions as long as you would like. The maintenance sessions will keep you encouraged and moving towards your goals.
