Flexibility is the capacity of a join or muscle to move through a full range of muscle without being impeaded by physiological limitation or muscle and/or fat masses. 



Sit and Reach 



Designed to assess the flexibility of the hamstrings and lower back. The assessment involves sitting on the ground and reaching forward between the legs as far as possible.
