Eat, train and be merry! Join us on November 24th for this 5-week challenge. Track your progress on our calendar, printed copies available at both Wellness Centers.

Eat:

Build healthy eating habits

Train:

Exercise 4x per week for 30 mins

Be Merry:

Practice mindfulness for 2-5 minutes each day
