Mindful Minutes are a collection of brief videos (usually 1-2 minutes) that provide you a moment to pause and practice a mindful skill. The Mindful Minute videos are for all ages.

The Steady Heads Open Hearts webinar collection is a series of virtual mindfulness workshops designed to help cultivate calm and foster resilience in yourself and others.  Appropriate for adults and teens. Each webinar is about 1 hour long.
