One-on-One Personal Training:

Our motivated trainers are here to make a positive impact on your health and fitness goals. Building an open and honest relationship with a trainer in a supportive environment can help you become a motivated while driven health seeker. Buy 7 sessions get the 8th session FREE.

Group Personal Training:

You can train together with one or two of your friends/significant others to make an impact on your health and fitness. Our trainers are eager to help you and your friends/significant others with any of your goals so that you can build a positive outlook on your health.

Total Fitness Package:

We are eager to help get you started with your health and fitness goals. In this package we combine a basic fitness assessment with 3 one-on-one personal training sessions. We combine these two services to provide promising outcomes in your health and fitness.

Basic Fitness Assessment:

Do you ever feel stuck in a rut because you don’t see any improvements in your health and fitness? One of our trainers will provide a measure of your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, body composition and flexibility to help keep you committed to your goals.

Body Composition:

Is the body’s ratio of lean body mass (muscle, bones, connective tissue) compared to fat mass. Body composition measurements are a more accurate way to assess fitness and also healthy weight loss. To find this ratio we use two types of measurements:


Skin Fold:

Designed to assess the amount of adipose (fat) tissue that resides just below the skin to calculate body fat percentage. These measurements are taken from 7 points on the body. These points include: Chest, Triceps, Subscapular, Midaxillary, Suprailiac, Abdomen, and Thigh.

Girth Measurement:

Designed to assess the diameter of specific areas of the body as a way of calculating body fat percentages. Girth measurements are taken from 7 points on the body. These points include: Forearm, Biceps, Abdomen, Waist, Hip, Thigh, and Calf.

Acceleration Youth:

Our trainers are here to help your athlete break though their sport performance goals. Two of our motivated trainers will push your athlete to their limit through resistance programs, plyometrics, and finally we add in speed and agility drills. Helping your teen achieve their goals is why our trainers love to work for you.
