There are many opportunities to be physically active at the Y, including group fitness classes and Wellness Center activities. Attending classes and exercising with others who are motivated to get fit and have fun will inspire you to stay healthy, reach personal goals, make friends and try something new!
Group Fitness Classes
The Y offers more than 100 drop-in group fitness classes a week that are FREE for our members! We offer a variety of classes to accommodate all abilities, including low and high-impact classes like Cycle, Strength Training, Yoga, Chair-based Fitness, Zumba and Zumba Gold, High-Intensity Interval Training, Barre, Pilates, and more! All fitness classes are led by a certified and trained fitness instructor. Classes are welcome to those who are 14 years and older of all levels and abilities. At each YMCA branch, we provide a Wellness Center for our members to utilize. This space offers state of the art cardio, Matrix strength equipment, suspension trainers and more! Members who are 14 years and older of all levels and abilities are welcome in the Wellness Center. We encourage all new members to take advantage of our FREE Wellness Center Orientations.
Personal Training and Small Group Training are available for members. Train on your own or together with your friends or family members. Our personal trainers are eager to help you reach your wellness goals so that you can stay motivated and reach all your goals safely, effectively, and with maximum results. Go here to learn more.
