Summer School Age Care New Family Placeholder Registration
NEW FAMILY SUMMER SCHOOL AGE CARE PLACEHOLDER REGISTRATION 2023
Completing a placeholder registration will provide each family an opportunity to indicate an interest in Summer Care 2023. This is only a request! You will still be required to submit registration paperwork!
Placeholder Registration will be available in 2 formats:
- Online: Tuesday, March 28, 6:00 AM -9:00 PM
- Via phone: Tuesday, March 28, 6:00 AM -9:00 PM 608-519-9909
- Please Note:
- Each Placeholder will be time and date stamped as it is submitted and you will receive an immediate emailed confirmation that your request was received from the registration system. Only one request per family unit is required. PLEASE NOTE: You will only select the School District of Choice during this registration. It is suggested that you complete your placeholder as close to the open date and time for better enrollment options.
- Any family who completed a placeholder registration will receive an email from [email protected] on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. This email will include a link to the official registration forms that will be required to be completed electronically for each child by Friday, April 7, 2023. All registration forms submitted for care will be processed in order of the original placeholder timestamp.
- Families will be notified with confirmation of care/waitlist status via email at the time the enrollment/registration is complete. New families should receive this status confirmation via email by Friday, April 28, 2023.
Holmen School District
New families to YMCA School Age Summer Care will be able to register for a summer care Placeholder through the Y’s website or via phone indicating a request for Summer Care 2023. Registration will be available online or via phone at 608-519-9909
Opening registration date and time: Tuesday, March 28th, 6:00 AM-9:00 PM
Locations: Evergreen, Prairie View, Sand Lake, and Adventure Weeks
If a family does not complete a placeholder registration request during the designated placeholder registration time frame, they will have their registration paperwork processed after those families who formally requested a placeholder online or via phone.
