Cycling 101 Class (2-week class)
Have you ever wondered what group cycling is all about? We invite both TEENS and ADULTS to join us in learning the basics of participating in a group cycling class! Cycling is a great low-impact form of cross-training to improve muscular endurance. In this class, you will learn how to properly set-up the indoor cycling bike, the different positions on the bike and the various cues given throughout a group cycling class. After this 2-session class, you will feel more confident in attending our drop-in group cycling classes! Completion of both sessions of this program will allow your teen to participate in our weekly group cycling classes. (Ages 10-11 must attend drop-in cycling classes with a parent.)
