Intro to Group Fitness at the Y
New to group fitness classes or new to the Y? Join us for an ongoing FREE four-week program that will introduce you to group fitness classes. One of our supportive instructors will guide you through the basics of group fitness classes, introduce you to the different kinds of classes the Y offers and answer any questions you might have. You’ll have the opportunity to sample group fitness classes with your instructor and meet other friendly faces. By the end of the four weeks, you’ll feel more confident walking into group fitness classes. It’s so much more fun to work out in a group setting than go at it alone!
