The YMCA, Changing Lives for the Better

Summer Food Program

Fighting Hunger, Fueling Futures

The La Crosse Area Family YMCA provides nutritious meals and snacks to help kids stay healthy and well-nourished all summer long. These meals are part of the Summer Food Service Program. Kids around our community who usually receive free or reduced lunches have a higher risk of going hungry during that summer gap when school's out.

Our program strives to fill that summer gap by giving our community kids and teens age 18 and under the opportunity to eat nourishing meals for free. These healthy and delicious meals include a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack Monday through Friday. There's also lunch on Saturday and Sunday! Join us for meals at the times listed below.
