A Growth Mindset is the belief that our intelligence, talents, and potential can be fortified by viewing challenges and failures as stepping stones for personal development. It's grounded in the understanding that we can learn anything we set our minds to. In contrast, a Fixed Mindset tends to approach challenges with a set perspective – either "I can do it" or "I can't," often persisting through difficulties without recognizing the growth potential.

Take time to reflect on personal or professional experience, and consider a time when you persevered through a challenging situation despite its inherent difficulty. Explore the strategies you employed to navigate those challenges and how you perceive them as valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth.
