The 5th Annual Y Giving Day!
Taking place on October 27th and 28th, we’ll fund 13 projects that will strengthen our Y, support our colleagues, and make a lasting impact in our community. Our goal this year is to raise $375,000! With your support, we are confident we can reach this goal.
Our 2026 Projects:
Project Goal: $30,000
One in four youth at the Y participates with financial assistance. Your gift opens the door to swim lessons, sports, dance, gymnastics, music, and more, giving kids opportunities to discover what they love, build confidence, and know they have a place at the Y.
Project Goal: $35,000
Wellness Warriors helps veterans strengthen their physical, mental, and emotional well-being while finding connection and community. Each participant also receives a free one-year family membership, allowing the entire family to focus on wellness together.
Project Goal: $50,000
Your gift helps offset $300,000 in child care scholarships, giving more families access to safe, nurturing care where children can learn, grow, and thrive, regardless of their financial circumstances
Project Goal: $40,000
The Mobile Market Food Pantry serves 907 individuals each month with nutritious food, hygiene essentials, mental health resources, and connections to additional support. Your gift helps ensure families facing difficult circumstances are met with dignity, compassion, and care.
Project Goal: $25,000
Nearly 4,000 local seniors find movement, friendship, and community at the Y. Your gift helps make membership accessible through Membership For All, ensuring finances never have to be the reason a senior loses access to a place where they belong.
Project Goal: $25,000
The Y’s Community Health Workers walk alongside families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, connecting them to housing, employment, healthcare, food, education, and necessities. Your gift helps families overcome barriers, so their children have a stronger foundation for success.
Project Goal: $50,000
The Community Youth Center welcomes all youth ages 10–17, seven days a week, completely free of charge. Your gift keeps the doors open and provides caring adults, activities, field trips, athletics, and opportunities that help young people connect, grow, and discover what’s possible.
Project Goal: $15,000
Our WAVE Swim Team helps swimmers of all ages and abilities build skills, confidence, teamwork, and the determination to reach their goals. Your gift helps provide six new starting blocks, giving more than 200 athletes the opportunity to improve their technique, prepare for competition, and grow as swimmers.
Project Goal: $35,000
Your gift helps bring social-emotional learning, staff training, wellness resources, and meaningful connection to children, families, and individuals throughout our community. Help build a culture where people feel supported and know they don’t have to navigate challenges alone.
Project Goal: $30,000
YOUTHSTRONG and LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA provide cancer survivors with opportunities to rebuild strength, confidence, and connection while supporting their emotional well-being and families, too. These programs are offered completely free of charge and are made possible through philanthropy.
Project Goal: $5,000
More than 200 people participate in Coulee Region logrolling each year, building confidence, skill, and community along the way. Your gift supports youth programming, equipment, and tournaments so the next generation can discover and carry forward this incredible sport.
Project Goal: $10,000
More than 600 youth build strength, confidence, coordination, and friendships through Y gymnastics. Your gift will help restore essential gymnastics equipment, ensuring kids have safe, quality equipment to challenge themselves, reach new goals, and experience the pride of saying, “I did it.”
Project Goal: $25,000
Your gift helps create inclusive experiences where people of all abilities can build confidence, independence, friendships, and life skills. Support provides the staff, transportation, and programming needed to make sure more people have a place to belong.
