Join us for our annual Heart Walk and Wellness Expo!
Participants are encouraged to come any time to walk on the indoor track and visit the expo booths.
**You will have the chance to win a 65” Samsung smart TV, an under-desk treadmill, or a Garmin smart watch!!**
There will also be a blood drive if you are interested in donating.
This event is for all ages and for members and non-members.
Bring the kids for fun games and activities! All are welcome! No registration required.
Volunteers are needed! Join us to help with a kids activities or directing traffic on the walking track. Volunteers will receive a free red YMCA t-shirt in honor of heart health month.
