PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
COMPLETE/REVIEW YOUR CHILD'S PROFILE PRIOR TO REGISTRATION
Summer Day Camp is a state licensed YMCA program and families must fill out the Child Profile as a part of registration. As the Child Profile contains information required by state licensing, it is lengthy, and therefore we recommend you complete it in advance of registration. We also highly recommend filling the Child Profile out on a computer.
• You will need your child’s immunization records, physician contact information and emergency contact information as this information must be entered into the Child Profile.
• At the time the Child Profile is filled out all questions are not required. At the time of registration, ALL REQUIRED QUESTIONS will need to be filled in or you will not be able to register until all questions are complete. (Parent #2 and Authorized Pick Ups are not required fields for registration).
• We highly recommend you complete and/or update the Child Profile prior to registration day so you can register immediately at 6:00 AM.
• Completing the entire Child Profile will take between 20 and 25 minutes.
• The system may time out if you take a break from entering information. To avoid this, frequently click SAVE CHANGES at the top of the Profile if on a computer or at the bottom of the Profile if on a phone ensuring anything you have entered is saved.
• When finished filling out the Child Profile, you can exit by clicking the BACK TO MY ACCOUNT button located next to the SAVE CHANGES button.
• The Child Profile can be updated at any time so as information changes you can edit the Child Profile. (Please note that information entered into the Child Profile does not update Membership Information.) The information is stored for future registrations.
